Community Consultation

OX2 is committed to engaging with the local community and building strong relationships based on openness and trust. The project team aims to keep an open dialogue with local residents, stakeholders and the wider community to ensure successful exchange of information and engagement.

Our aim is to:
  • Provide regular project updates via newsletters, media articles, and this website.
  • Respond promptly to any enquiries.
  • Engage with nearby residents, local councils, and relevant government agencies.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings when requested.

As part of our early engagement, we consult with the community on preliminary visual, noise, ecological, and heritage assessments. This ensures meaningful discussions and invites early feedback on potential project impacts.

During the detailed assessment phase, we will continue to share technical findings—including traffic studies—and seek input on proposed mitigation measures to ensure they align with local needs and context.
